Kwanzaa Celebration 2008

Join the Charlottesville Alumnae Deltas and 2008-2009 Jabberwock Junior Debutantes and Escorts on Sunday, December 14, 2008 for a Kwanzaa celebration.

Location:  JABA (Jefferson Area Board for Aging), 674 Hillsdale Drive
Time:  2:00 - 4:00pm
Free and open to the public
Red, green, and black attire requested, but not required
Refreshments will be served

Brown Sugar Dreams Service Project:  Charlottesville Alumnae is collecting lead and toxin-free dolls of color to be donated to young girls in Ghana and South Africa.  Brown Sugar Dreams is an initiative to provide dolls of color to young ladies living in Africa, in hopes of building a positive and strong self-image for women of color.
